Keith and Katherine Jones. Their
unique partnership combines 20 years of
homebuilding experience with 20 years of
home design experience, making them a highly
successful team at building beautiful custom

Keith
Jones experience in home
building began after he
graduated from Arizona State
University in 1990 with a
Business Management degree.
Keith followed in his father’s
footsteps pursuing a career in home building, by
working for two of the nation's
largest production homebuilders.
During those years, he
supervised the construction of
hundreds of homes in the Phoenix
area, managing strict quality
guidelines and a tight
construction schedule. He later
served as a purchasing agent and
was responsible for selecting
the best trade craftsmen while
managing construction costs. His
experience in dealing with
projects on such a large scale,
prepared him well for the
transition to custom
homebuilding.
Keith’s passion to create and
build custom homes persuaded him
to leave one of the nation's top
production homebuilders to
pursue his dream. With a
vision of helping people build
the home of their dreams, Keith
takes a personal stake in each
project and believes the home
building process should be an
enjoyable experience. From
design to final walk-through,
Keith is closely involved in all
phases of home construction,
ensuring a quality home that
meets the buyers goals while
achieving an affordable price.

Katherine Jones, an award winning designer, has a
passion for home design and has been
serving as an interior designer for Shea Homes, one of
Phoenix’s most reputable home builders, for the last 14
years. Before that, she was a designer for a large
design studio in Scottsdale for 5 years. Katherine loves the process
of choosing different design elements to create just the
right ambience for a room. She is familiar with
all of the latest design trends and products
available for new homes. She has helped thousands
of clients select the finish materials that transform
their house into the home of their dreams.
Katherine's in-depth product knowledge allows her to
help each buyer create the home they want while
maintaining the available budget.
Katherine is also a licensed realtor whose extensive experience
makes her highly qualified to assist buyers in selecting a home
site or efficiently selling a home. She is easy to
work with and is a great asset to any buyer during the
entire home building and transition process. |
